Freightways have several different courier brands and a large sales force. They wanted a tool that would allow them to have a single source of truth across their sales force and allow for cross-selling between their different brands.
By creating a simple, easy to use and engaging tool, we have helped Freightways shift the conversation from price by showcasing their innovative and customer-focused qualities. They have embraced the potential of the Digital Sales toolkit and would be one of our power users worldwide.
